Where We Serve
All 420 Doctors Texas evaluations are conducted via telehealth statewide across Texas. We also have three Texas clinics if you prefer in-person: North Dallas, Pearland (Houston metro), and San Marcos. We do not see patients outside Texas — even if you have a Texas mailing address, you must be physically located in Texas at the time of the evaluation.
