The Standard Every Doctor Has to Meet

To see patients on the 420 Doctors Texas platform, a physician must hold all three of the following. No exceptions.

Active Texas Medical Board License

The Texas Medical Board (tmb.state.tx.us) maintains a public directory of every licensed physician in the state. You can look up any 420 Doctors Texas physician by name in that directory and confirm their license is active. We’ll never put a physician on this site whose TMB license you can’t verify in 30 seconds.

Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT) Registration

Only a CURT-registered physician can enter you into the registry — which is the step that gives a Texas-licensed dispensary the legal authority to fill your order. A doctor without CURT registration cannot help you under the Texas CUP, no matter how qualified they are otherwise.

Experience With the Conditions You Have

A CURT physician seeing PTSD patients should have meaningful clinical experience with PTSD. Same for cancer, MS, autism, epilepsy, and every other qualifying condition. We match patients to physicians whose backgrounds fit, not just whoever happens to be free.
